Affiliate program terms & conditions
- You must have a free 9mallsAI account and accept these terms to activate your referral link.
- A commission of $25.00 is earned only when a referred business becomes a paying sponsored-link advertiser. Free trials, cancelled trials, refunded and charged-back payments earn nothing.
- Only one commission is paid per advertiser, on their first paid subscription.
- Attribution uses the referral link. A referral is credited when the advertiser signs up on the device that last used your link.
- Self-referrals do not qualify. You may not earn a commission on your own business or accounts you control.
- No paid search bidding on 9mallsAI brand terms, no spam, no misleading claims about 9mallsAI, no cookie stuffing, and no incentivised or bot traffic.
- Payouts are released once your balance reaches $100.00 and are sent to the payout email on your account.
- 9mallsAI may withhold or reverse commissions from fraudulent, refunded, or policy-violating referrals and may close an affiliate account at any time.
- Commission rates and program terms can change with notice; changes apply to referrals made after the change.
